Saddlehorn Buyer Agent Policy
We're happy to work with licensed real estate agents who introduce Saddlehorn to prospective buyers. We will pay a 2 1/2% commission of the original contract price to the brokerage of qualifying agents for this service.
An agent qualifies for a commisssion when:
1. The agent registers the prospective buyer with Saddlehorn sales staff before the prospect contacts us by visiting the model home, calling, emailing, or other digital correspondence.
2. The agent accompanies the prospect on his or her first visit to the Saddlehorn model home and introduces that prospect to our sales staff.
3. The prospect contracts for a new home in Saddlehorn within six months from the initial introduction.
